After shampooing with Meddy's Revitalizing hair/body wash, apply a generous amount of meddy's cacao + vanilla bean deep conditioner to your hair and finger comb through to ensure thorough distribution from roots to ends.
Place a plastic cap over your hair and wrap a towel on top to trap in heat or sit under a steam cap/dryer for 20-30 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with cool water
